How To Make A Bloody Mary


Spicy and full of flavour, it's easy to see why the Bloody Mary has been a firm favorite on cocktail menus for generations.

Ingredients:

Vodka (3 parts)
Tomato Juice (6 parts)
Lemon Juice (1 part)
Worcester Sauce
Tabasco
Cayenne Pepper (pinch)
Salt (pinch)
Ice Cubes

How to make it:

Add the ice cubes, worcester sauce and tabasco to a cocktail shaker, then pour in the vodka, tomato juice and lemon juice.  Shake well until reasonably frothy, and strain into a highball glass.  Add more ice cubes, as well as the salt and pepper.  Decorate with celery sticks and lemon slices.
